SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

• Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Pantaloons confirming the order placement.
• You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid.
• You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.
• We don’t have this facility of taking orders over the phone. Customer would have to place the order by logging in their account.
• One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.
• The delivery time varies from cities to cities. Typically it takes 3 – 5 days for all metros & Tier 1 cities. Certain tier 2 & 3 cities may take 5 to 7 days. Some cities in North East India &apm; J&K etc. may take minimum 7 to maximum 10 days.
• Once the order is placed, Pantaloons ships the order through one of our various courier partners.
• All these partners are reputed logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an Email and an SMS informing you the details of courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment.
• We shall also send a tracking link for real-time updates on your shipment.
• Pantaloons uses reputed logistics provider/partner to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it you

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Returns can be initiated online by logging into your pantaloons.com account, navigate to “My Orders” section, select your online order and click on returns.
• Products purchased on pantaloons.com cannot be returned at any store. We are working on this feature. Until then, please initiate the returns online only.
• Products purchased at stores can be returned at stores. We will be happy to exchange the product or we shall issue a credit voucher which you can use for further purchases in Pantaloons stores.
• Once you have placed an order, the details of your order populate in your ‘My Account’. You can cancel the order within 1 hour from the time it was placed.
• Once the 1 hour has lapsed, unfortunately, you would not be able to cancel the order.
• However if you have paid using credit card/net banking/UPI, you may choose not to accept the order at the time of delivery and we will initiate the refund amount to you to you within 24-48 hours of non-acceptance being confirmed.
• The actual credit in your source account may take 3-5 business days as per the bank used for payment.
• We do not have product to product replacement at Pantaloons. However, if you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or color, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund it. All you need to do is return the product back to us within 30 days of delivery.
• Pantaloons Greencard Customers can return within 90 days of delivery. The refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of successful pickup of the item.
• Once you have initiated the process for a pick up, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step. This may take 3 - 5 working days for the pick up from our logistics partner.
• They would in turn get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact and properly packed in a packet. Mention the order number/invoice number on top of the packet.
• In case of multiple return requests, please ensure you hand over the correct product to the correct courier partner for successful refund processing.
• In case of any wrong handover, Pantaloons will not be responsible for the refund.
• When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.
• Return needs to be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery & within 90 days from the date of delivery for Greencard customers
• Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
• The tags of the items should be intact and not removed.
• Essential product categories such as innerwear, masks are non-returnable categories due to hygiene reasons.
• Refunds would be initiated once item is picked up by our logistic provider. The refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of successful pick up.
• For prepaid orders, the actual credit in your source account may take 3-5 business days as per the bank used for payment. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery/Greencard points / e-Gift Voucher / Pantaloons Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Pantaloons Credits account within 24-48 hours of successful pick up.
• If you choose selfship option, the refund will be initiated once the item reaches our WH and clears the quality check.
• We have logistic partners who would pick up the product from your door step and return it back to us.
• In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
• A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Pantaloons Credits.
• If you choose to self-ship the products, kindly address the package to the address mentioned on your shipment. If you have any doubts on the same, kindly contact customer care to know which products are to be sent to which locations.
